As someone who never read a single Bond novel (just watched the movies), are they worth it? do they have more cool spyshit on it? if so then where too begin,a and what is the best too worst?

The 2 closest movies to the books are Casino Royale and From Russia With Love. The closest book to the movies is Moonraker, although it has nothing to do with the actual movie Moonraker, as it has gadgets and car chases and secret weapons. You Only Live Twice is totally different to the movie as it's set after Bond's wife has died and he's a hopeless alcoholic trying to save his career.

I've heard they're pretty standard pulp fiction for the time and sort of mediocre. I imagine it's like picking up your average Lee Child novel.
