The Autumn fall left none at all
But limbs laid bare to needled stares,
For evergreens see seasons' stings
While foresight sheathes what lies beneath
The Autumn fall, red-golden sprawl,
Lost leaves who sow but never know
The acorn's quest there laid to rest,
Twixt roots that spread amongst the dead.
Does wisdom spoil within the soil,
Or would they see as it should be
And speak their worth into the Earth
To never tell that Autumn fell?

It's alright. Nothing to write home about. Not really seeing the images and feeling the emotions you're going for.
I reckon if you use older verbiage you have to use it perfectly. Any less comes off as try hard.
