It's a rather bad propaganda piece that rips off multiple other books in which Jews gather and plot the destruction of civilization. Why they would want this when they supposedly control governments and banks is never answered. The tsar is praised as the only serious threat to Jewish control of the world, but they finally brought him to heel and there's no need to go with that silly plan to do away with him and his family. The Jesuits are not the Jews allies but instead their most hated foes. The most unbelievable part, however, is a group of Jews meeting somewhere and them agreeing on anything. Even if we took the great antisemitic carictures of history it would quickly devolve to fighting. Rothschild would want the great European empires propped back up and expanded peacefully as possible while Marx would wish to tear them down entirely, Shylock would beat Stragin black and blue for being a thief and a scoundrel , the false god of Sinfest and the Jew from Outer Space would waste hours debating whether Christianity is a great Jewish outreach or a bizarre heresy, Barabas would beat Jud Suss to death for his crimes etc.

If the Jew is the ruler of the world why would he seek to destroy it? That's his property, and Jews are cheap and greedy. If Jews ran the world they'd make darn sure it was at peace and contentment was everywhere because the first thing unhappy peasants do is start burning synagogues.
