If someone can tell me an easy way to resize/convert webp animated files to webm I'm all ears. I'm currently resizing using ImageMagick in command line but it fricks up resizing animated ones

I don't see how they'd care, tbh. It's still on their own platform, it's not like Telegram is losing anything from others adding their stickers to their own packs... They aren't selling them.

Naw, until like a month ago there was nothing paid on telegram at all. Now they have some "special" emojis and shit (Groomercord Nitro style), but stickerpacks are still completely free.
