If someone can tell me an easy way to resize/convert webp animated files to webm I'm all ears. I'm currently resizing using ImageMagick in command line but it fricks up resizing animated ones

My circle of friends use it. When planning birthdays / events we have 50+ people in there. So it's kind of normal to use it - was the alternative to WhatsApp and by now no one wants to move to another one (signal or whatever).
Apart from that file sharing has some dedicated channels.
