Yeah there are textual inversions you can add to clean up the hands, as well as adding stuff to the negative prompt such as "missing fingers, extra fingers, mutated hands, poorly drawn hands, bad hands, fused fingers, too many fingers, extra fingers, extra digit, fewer digits, missing digit, " etc.
