if you are unable to pay the fine, you will be exiled for 7 days for your next violation. when the exile ends, your posts will require a 20 dramacoin tax until you pay off the ticked 
if you commit multiple crime violations the ticket price will continually rise per exile 
oh and your content will still be kicked when receiving the ticket
