Edit: Here's the video: https://tiktok.com/@qweenie333/video/7425689970108583214 As far as I can make out, the guy is saying that the dude walked past his house 4 times and approached his wife (later he says he "harassed" her). It is in fact a "private community" called Skye Ranch in Sarasota. The guy says he's "part of the community" or some such vague thing but they know (or believe) that he definitely doesn't live there.
