Actually I found an interview from a few years ago when he was still in prison and it sounds like the same guy as
@TheGrillcast interview. It's the youtube of some guy who apparently was the mayo rep of the unit (not joking) and grew to like Moon 
. He disparages the frick out of the neighbor while still being sympathetic.
So that mostly convinced me it's really him. The larp would have to be historic otherwise.

I'd also accept the existence of a Chudster Cheetah event where chuds can throw out chudsnack awards(word filter?) and non-chuds can fbi raid (edit) their posts. My understanding of the Chester Cheetah mythos comes from my vague recollection of the FBI trying to kill him in the Sega game.
