It's one of these "open ended" things where it's up to you, the viewer, how it ends. Commonly used in movies when they run out of money to film the ending so they make it "ambiguous" by just cutting to black 2/3 of the way through the story. @everyone thinks he's some kind of fricking auteur doing this but I'm on to his game.

[Seriouspost though I sometimes will come up with two lines of a joke and then realize it doesn't work and I have to throw it away. Rod Serling on the Twilight Zone you can almost see into his brain. He's gotta come up with 26+ episodes so a lot of his scripts just don't work. A science fiction thing happens in the beginning but there's not an ending to give meaning to it.]

It is possible that Pizzashill's entire reputation for starting fights was created by people fighting over whether it's him or not (and most of the times it was not even him). It is what it is.
