The best course of action is to network with skills to another place. If this is new to you, it's only going to get worse from here.

With that being said, that means spending your PTO. Keep it at two weeks maximum for illness, everything else is for leisure; but judging from your history and testimonies from others, fistfighting raccoon man over a weekend - maybe only 36H PTO - would be a nice notch in your belt of life experiences… y'know, rather than doing what you're doing now. :marseyshrug:
