Like I have said before, there’s no both siderism here. Democrats threw doubt into election integrity AND blamed one of our two biggest geopolitical rivals for colluding/straight up giving the election to Trump. There were dozens of elected Democrats claiming “Russians had elected this president” AND partisans in the FBI, CIA, and other agencies continuously leaked and even started investigations into Trump campaign officials based on this narrative. It’s not even a contest. For democracy, the Dems are unequivocally worse.
Dems shid and piss about a phone call when it was the current thing, now they’ve moved on #lockhimup for “stealing documents” because that’s the current thing. Meanwhile, ignoring the wiretaps and FISA warrants approved on the Trump campaign garner no mention. Unbelievable hypocrisy as always

You have one response to prove that the real world consequences of what Rethuglikkkans did in 2020 were worse than what Dems did in 2016. Large parts of elected officials and voters believed, at different times, that the election had been stolen, but what Dems did in 2016-2020 was totally eradicate our soft power against Russia(this broken shithole totally controls our entire election system!!!!) and further frick up/politicize our intelligence agencies.

America was never intended to be a direct democracy. The founders envisioned a system where electors would be the ultimate decided in who should hold office. Elections are just a big popularity contest that electors may take into consideration when casting their votes. Clearly one side in America is not playing fair, and whatever the good side needs to do in order to bring the evil doers under control is an ultimate good, even if the optics of it are a little messy.
