I'm so sick of people like you whining about neolib policies. They destroy small businesses? So what? That's the way the free market works. If you can't compete, you go out of business. It's not the government's job to prop up businesses that can't survive on their own.
And unions are a cancer on the economy. They artificially inflate wages and benefits, and make it harder for businesses to compete. If you want to help the lower and middle class, you should be advocating for lower taxes and fewer regulations, not higher minimum wages.
