Turkey wasn't the most supportive at all and Serbia wouldn't accept it for the same reason Spain would prevent Scotland from joining the EU if they split away illegally.

Spain wouldn't support Scottish independence in an illegal referendum as such would provide obvious legitimacy to Catalonia to do the same. Serbia wouldn't realistically support military intervention leading to splitting off ethnically different areas of a country as such essentially completely legitimises Kosovo. Did I walk you through enough?

Im pretty sure Spain warned in advance they would not accept Scotland even if they were to split legally back in 2014 when they had a referendum about it.

I swear that was only if the Scottish government went ahead without Westminster's consent and did it anyway not that if they were allowed to and then split.
