Turkey definitely tries to play up both sides a bit (which isn't that awful of a plan) but push come to shove they will give more support to the Ukies, they are basically fighting Russia in Azerbaijan/Armenia too although Russia kind of gave up on that. The Turkish drones and closing the Black Sea have helped the ukies a lot and Turkey is also holding onto the
s exchanged too.

Not to mention Turkey is basically fighting a proxy war with Russia in Syria where Turkish sponsored rebels duke it out with Russian backed Syrian government forces from time to time. In Libya, Turkey and Russia are also supporting opposing sides.
