I'd like to read the order, but it's a district judge, so it barely matters. They'll appeal it up and that's when things will become relevant, especially with election law. Still, an Obama appointee ruling for GA doesn't fare well for Abrams here. I can't say if the 11th will uphold without reading it, but seems likely
