Russia blaming a "truck bomb" suggests they have no clue. That explosion was far too big to be caused by the truck, plus Ukrainians generally aren't jihadis.
Might be international intervention, someone sent a missile in.
Scratch that, maybe the Russians were shipping rockets in the back of the truck and one went off, that'd give you such an overkill boom.

It effectively ends Russian tourism to Crimea, and isolates Russia supporting Crimeans in Crimea, while significantly reducing the flow of Russian logistics in the region (and let's be honest, logistics haven't exactly been Russia's strong point so far, so this makes bad worse).

Russia can still send stuff by land routes to Crimea through the occupied territory in Ukraine, although it'll take longer and be riskier.
I'm thinking Ukraine are going to push hard to break that link as well now.
