At the moment, the only person blaming the Ukrainians for the bridge shenanigans is “Volgodonsk Vova” so I would hold my horses on that. Russian rockets used today are super accurate, almost none were shot down and almost all hit their targets. The 3-4 rockets that did get shot down are the ones you see on twitter hitting something else, out of 100+ launched
