This is what I assumed happened. Tankers fly around and around in oval racetrack paths because their job is to stay in one area and not turn too sharply. Sooner or later they'll have made three shapes that look like a peepee and balls on the radar track.

The PeepeeAndBallsGate scandal was when guys used their jet fighters to fly precisely in certain atmospheric conditions that would create a peepee and balls visible to everyone below. The problem was they let taxpayers know how much fun they're having up there. And if we start asking how much it costs for an F-18 to be in the air for 5 minutes...

I'd rather the chair force get infinite money so some pilots can have fun peepeeing about in cool jets than a single dime of my taxpayer money go to the ATF, OSHA, the EPA, or social security
