Girlboss nurse 
amputates a man's foot, but gets in a teensy weensy bit of legal trouble because she didn't have anaesthesia. Or training. Or the doctor's permission. And also she taxidermied

I'm sorry that you think so little of retirement homes and the hard-working nurses that staff them. It's not always possible to stay fit and have an exit plan, and retirement homes can be wonderful places full of kind and interesting people.
