Can’t it be fired from Belarus or Ukraine by Russia?

There are tons of monitors and even Ukrainian officials admitted there was no launch from Belarus today, but it was before r-slurs started posting pictures of missile fragments. Those fragments are from s300 and s300 range is only 150km and it’s anti aircraft/missiles system and Poland is like 1000 something km away from Russia.

I can't find a definitive answer on where the current wave of Russian strikes is being launched from. If they're coming from Russia I would take this statement to mean the Poland strike was not Russian. If the confirmed strikes were coming from Belarus or a naval position, i would expect to see that context here, but I know journos are r-slurred so I can't be sure.
