State law is forcing all cities to build affordable housing including extremely expensive ones (Curry's house went for 31million). Slow-burn drama has been happening across the State over this for the last year or so as places try to resist this (they can't).

Warriors play up in SF and Atherton is one of the nicest areas within commuting distance if I had to take a guess.

Atherton is one of the richest towns in the country. The other places you would live as a rich person in the bay are typically in the foothills of either the Santa Cruz mountains or the Diablo mountains. Either one of those places adds and extra 30 mins to a commute to SF both ways.
