Did I miss something? I don't remember any federal judges ruling that states with laws allowing same-s*x marriage or allowing for the legal sale of weed to be unconstitutional.
In fact I don't even remember any federal judges ruling that states that allowed abortion had to stop allowing abortion either.

It was legal in like 30 states before the court case and tbh there was no real legal justification to ban the civil marriage process. If the gays want to cuck themselves out of their property that's their decision
