They were still expensive. It was outlawed to buy new slaves
(from outside 
the US) sometime in the early 1800's I think 
which meant they only way you got new slaves 
was smuggling and breeding.

tbh I've only gone to a shooting range once and it was alright, but I didn't have enough fun to consider seeking it out, and certainly not giving up my firstborn or whatever bullshit IL/Chicago make you go through.
