A student, who was preparing for NEET through private coaching in Kota, died by suicide on Tuesday.
The student, identified as Mohammad Zaid from Moradabad, UP, was aged 17 or 18. Zaid, living in a Kota hostel and enrolled in NEET coaching, was found hanging in his room. No suicide note was found, and the motive is still unclear.
The incident happened late at night in the Jawahar Nagar police station area. The police responded to the 11:00 pm distress call and took the body for post-mortem after informing the family.
