British Transport Police said female officers were suffering 'indirect discrimination' from doing a so-called bleep test – in which they have to run up and down a 15-metre track for three minutes 35 seconds – because they were far more likely to fail than men.

That's 50 feet. Wtf kind of :marseychonkerfoid: are they hiring who can't do this?

It's 50 feet repeatedly for 3 minutes, not just there and you're done. I added a video to the post, it's still pathetic but also you were wrong so I had to correct you.

Yes. The beeps get faster every minute but that is irrelevant when they set the goal at 3.5 minutes.

Not quite, the challenge is that you have to constantly stop and change direction.

Yeah, you don't have to be fast, the effort is in the constant stopping and starting yourself.

I am pretty sure that tall fat mayo would had passed that test if he put some effort.

But he seems to have good potential for a bong cop, seeing bipocs stealing bike, then he starts his slow motion run, frick they run away but there more happiness now on earth

Yes, there's no excuse for failing the test. Point was it isn't "just a jog".

If anything, the test simulates the ability to keep up with a criminal who isn't just running away in a straight line.
