Absolutely r-slurred. Now restaurants will just charge for the bread they serve before the meal so they don't have to pay a $20 minimum wage. Meals get more expensive and people will tip less because they're annoyed by being charged for bread. Not a dime more goes into the pockets of the wagie server.

Truly a landmark progressive victory.
