Will this actually stop someone? I mean if someone was going to drive anyways with a boot on their wheel (which will absolutely destroy the wheel) then surely they could drive with this. They'll, stick their head out the driver side window and drive.
Anyways this device seems to rely on applying suction to a glass surface, I'm sure it's not that difficult to remove.
