Redditars will be universally against this because it's about stopping blanket slum zoning across the Cities. Right now the nice neighbourhoods are zoned for single family mostly on big lots. If the changes go through, you'll see 4 plexes with renters (🤮) next to nice mansions, or worse: 4 generations of 25 stinky cookers moving into an estate community.
Basically we have defacto HOAs based on income/property values, these changes will piss off anyone who doesn't live in shit hole neighbourhoods, or worse...someone like me that just bought a nice house in a perfect single family neighbourhood
Don't feel too bad for me though we held onto the old (and 2 neighbouring properties) house in the shithole, so it might end up cheaper to demo and put up a max density shanty to rent out to Redditpoors at top dollar/minimum maintenance and amenities one day for our retirement grift.
Welcome to the Marsey News Network, the official news hole of rdrama! This is where you post anything that happened on the news. Politics, general news, good news, any new in any topic that doesn't have it's own hole from any source is welcome! However, if you post an unreliable source, it may be flaired appropriately. Wingcucks welcome and slapfights encouraged!
Rules:
1. Follow sitewide rules
2. Post News
3. Have Fun! Don't be boring.
4. No chudrama-tier content. Rightoid news sources are allowed, but anything that belongs in chudrama or could get the site deplatformed will be moved to chudrama.
5. @DarkDeity and @Spiderman has the right to post whatever news they want in this hole
