Best method is just delete all taxes beside sales tax which increases in percentage according to the cost of the product. Then poors don't starve and the guy with 5 yachts pays for it if he wants to spend his money on overpriced ego shit

How would you dodge a compulsory sales tax without just breaking the law? The only other option is importing stuff which is also carefully controlled.

Well since the rich write the laws you can write in loop holes like if you leave your yacht in storage for a bit you skip the sales tax. Arizona had that law.
Importing can also be cheaper than the high sales tax
