Don't they actually need to prove each instance to convict on all of them? I assume he's going to take a plea deal for like a dozen of them and still get life in prison.

I feel like a jury would convict him on anything if given the chance based on the circumstances of the case and his actions prior to his arrest.

Not a legalcel though, and I highly doubt they'll try to get him on all 1,200 counts.

Would look impressive for a prosecutor to get over 1,000 counts to stick on one guy, though, so who knows.
