That's not how real estate works.
It's only worth a lot of money 
because mayos and Mexicans have gone out and built stuff and cultivated the land. In the 1860s it was only worth whatever 
you could get hunting buffalo on it. Personally I'm glad that the land was used to feed millions of hungry 
people around the world, but I guess 
that the heartless chud in me talking.
