Thank you! I've been really surprised no one has been talking about sundowning in regards to Biden. It seems so obvious to me that it's exactly what's going on, but it's not being mentioned, as if cognitive function is at the same level at all times for anybody.
Doesn't defend it, just describes the pattern involved, but again it has to be all or nothing.
