Due to prosecutorial misconduct, Rust armorer may also get case thrown out, be released from prison

Allegedly evidence was not only withheld from the defense, butt the prosecutor put some of the evidence under a diffefent case number to actively hide it from the defense. Lol, why are people who work for rhe government like this? At the end of the day, we all knew that Baldwin was going to flex his privilege and walk. The system is working as designed

If the prosecutor screwed up that bad, shouldn't they be actually punished, not just the involved individuals anti-punished? Like, it seems like this evidence doesn't prove these neighbors didn't do anything, they're just ending the case to get back at the prosecutor. But isn't that the worst possible outcome? The prosecutor just shrugs and moves on (they have no real reason to not do it again, because they were only caught due to a fluke), while (two) alleged manslaughterers are out on the street running around threatening to "misfire" at our precious children. I would fire the prosecutor into the sun then retry the strags with the new evidence.

Sadly the system is broken and prosecutorial immunity is too broad. She likely will continue working and eventually promoted even tho she probably did this in a bunch of lpwer profile cases with actually innocent people. Id be surprised if her previous cases even get reviewed.
