This story has been literally shared like a hundred gorillion times appears to be a Taiwanese hoax or something where as all the seed news articles come from like hong kong or some free china shit and used blurred/censored photos from various peoples social media accounts or old news photos cropped to look like the same fat chink with the face censored. This continues to spread but has been debunked right here as /r/drama investigative exclusive, mainly because I wanted to find the video of some dumb streamer croaking which doesn't exist.
