I know a guy that this dude stole $5000 worth of equipment from. He breaks into propane cages and steals all their forklift bottles. Has been pretty prolific, been doing this for months.
He is in a fricking wheel chair, black and drives the same car everytime. HPD has done jack shit about it.
You can see his tahou and him wheeling around on grizzy hood news which is a ghetto journo locally
