Wow - ideally this would be a wake-up call and/or death knell for (the remaining) U.N. credibility.

You'd think you'd screen your employees a bit better. I wonder how they were involved? And if found to be actively involved, how will that be handled legally? International courts? National courts?

Because a UN agency being anywhere near supportive, facilitating, or even indifferent to a terrorist attack should be fatal to the organisation AND those involved ideally.
