In St. Louis a judge asked the DA why a gun charge was dropped from some multi-time felons current list of charges and the DA just responded with "don't worry we destroyed the gun".

It's not even hyperbole to say you cant arrest melinated criminals. In Saskatchewan they tossed a case where cops pulled a guy over and he had a sawed off shotgun, but they determined he was profiled so it was fine to carry
