bullshit LMAO it was to try to get access to the nuke power plant there, to use as a bargaining chip in cease-fire negotiations. just like the NPP in the south of ukraine. they bombed both of those NPPs and blamed the russians initially, too. Its a ukranian thing u wouldnt understand
