The video won't load for me. I assume these people are r-slurs but city planners are weird. The one that I knew was a caricature of what rightoids imagine civil servants are. A midwit who was determined to keep the proles from having any power because he knows better. And he used climate change as an excuse for an excuse for introducing new taxes because it was going to kill tens of thousands of Oregonians in the next 10 years. That was about 10 years ago.
I suspect it's like the librarians where they've been completely hijacked by fanatics.
