This can easily explained by Joiner's factors. Becoming a doctor increases women's "acquired capability".
Moids are more comfortable and capable with violence in general and this extends to being "better" at suicide.
Becoming a doctor exposes foids to death, which makes them significantly more comfortable with directing violence towards themselves than the average woman is. It has no effect on moids, because they were always extremely good at killing shit (themselves).
