This article is absolute trash, Wirecutter has also gone down the drain. My library lets me read NYTimes for free, but even then it's not worth my time to read this slop.
TL:DR is the article writer believes that Trump is bad at debates and has never really won one, which is comically wrong. Trump isn't great at debates, but he absolutely won against Hillary by making her appear out of touch. I don't know if he will win this upcoming debate (he is really dumb at times), but to ignore how he won against Hillary is foolhardy.
