There is no such thing as a "constitutional" sheriff. They made that shit up. So let's not honor it by pretending it's a thing.
Local sheriff in our small town "paid a visit" to the school superintendent during Covid because of mask mandates. He tried to play it off like he was just offering help after a bit of backlash, but it's darn clear to me he intended to intimidate the superintendent. Some of these turds definitely think the position means they get to do whatever they want.
You don't want shariah law?

Lmao. Big city DAs have been doing this for years. They call it "criminal justice reform" or some other nonsense. How dare rightoids do the same thing.

Typical rightoid wingcuck nonsense. The federal government is taking over the powers and responsibilities of the states? Well then we'll have the counties take over everyone's powers! The mirror image of lightoids except they're too fricking stupid and illiterate to at least come up with a fig leaf of an excuse.
"Constitutional" is especially hilarious. The US constitution tells us all about the federal and state governments. It has nothing to say about counties. Counties are just something states have decided they want. But they don't have to. A state could just not have counties at all if it wanted to. If you go back to England for precedent, the sheriff's authority comes from being an agent of the king, so an ATF agent is closer to a "constitutional sheriff" than they are.
Of course the leftoids would never just attack them on this. They'll just say "the rightoids say they like the constitution, so let's say the constitution is bad".
