Literally none of those are
Ultra Processed
except maybe the frozen food but even that can have surprisingly few ingredients and processing due to the fact that it's frozen so it doesn't need it. Real ultra processed food is gas station and center of the grocery store. Stuff that can sit at room temperature for ages and still taste great.
