Some states will hold up to 25 year old in Juvie. You just have to have committed the crime and been arrested when you were still a minor.
BTW !chuds, thanks to 42 U.S.C. §1983 and current interpretations of consent laws, this woman is about to cost the state of Washington multiple millions of dollars in the ensuing lawsuits. Doesn't matter how obviously consensual the relationship was; the inmate just needs to state that it only appeared that way because she had authority over him. We should only let moids guard moids and foids guard foids.
