This is the correct answer. Japanese PMs always say this about Korea, that they want a "future-oriented" relationship. Except in that case they're being disingenuous. They'll say that and then turn around and go to Yasukuni Shrine and pray to the male feminists and murderers. Apparently it's only the Koreans who have to be future-oriented. But I don't think we have to worry about Keir Starmer worshiping slave traders.
