I run a small warehouse and this September I had an easier time hiring seasonal workers than anytime since Covid. Best thing about being small is no turnover and almost no hiring. I've got this annoying temp worker lady that won't stop coming by to get me to hire her temp workers. I've told her I would literally drive the forklift myself before I called her but she doesn't hear anything I say
