I don't want to generalize but I see that in medical brazucas (slur for Brazilian). They receive and go to become rich there, later I have seen here (and they have treated me on guard) many Peruvian, Venezuelans, Chilean, etc. doctors. But it's terrible about the Brazilians and on top of that they demand that Portuguese be taught, how angry they make me.
Burgers, to give you a context. College is not only free in Argentina, they also scrapped entrance exams. Instead universities like the UBA (Universidad de Buenos Aires) have something called the Ciclo Básico Común (CBC), which is the first year of any university undergraduate program, every faculty (school) within the university has it's own with the subjects according to it's faculty (Medicine, Exact and Natural Sciences, Law, Economics, etc). Instead of an entrance exam you go straight to the CBC, all you need to do is to present you HS diploma and have your DNI, which is an ID and foreigners can get it easily.
College is also free in Brazil when offered by state or Federal universities, however to enter those you must have a really good score on the ENEM, which is the !macacos equivalent of the SAT. Then you go through other programs like SiSu or Prouni (the latter are scholarships for private universities). Getting on a federal is hard, and private universities are very expensive, so dozens of thousands of Brazilian students flock to Argentina every year. Their favorite career to study is medicine
Argentina doesn't charge anything to foreigners and Brazilian students sort of got a bad reputation as they graduate and leave for Brazil immediately with many refusing to speak Spanish. At some point, some BR students at the University of La Plata asked if they could have classes in Portuguese lmao.
Now Milei decided that non-resident foreigners will have to pay their fair share. Brazilian Redditors are fricking r-slurred for everything, they always whine about supposed Argentine neonazis totally being aggressive towards them.
