Steep decline in Black, Latinx enrollment at Harvard Law after Supreme Court ruling : neoliberal

Is this meant to be in favor or against affirmative action?

Because if it is in favor it's going to fall on deaf ears on this subreddit. It's populated by the segment who benefit from it. The three black and I who are still here will be sitting this one out.

Never expect support from white moderates when it doesn't benefit them.

A rant against moderates gets upmarseyd on /r/neoliberal. Aren't even trying to pretend at this point.

The declines are too substantial to be statistical noise:

• Asian 103 to 132

• Black 43 to 19

• Latinx 63 to 32

I highly doubt Harvard suddenly started discriminating against Black/Latinx, so it's most likely they were giving them a boost in previous years.
