It's a weird attempt to be verbally clever, but it totally fails. Seems oddly common with Redditors. Similar to their tendency to concatenate negative adjectives when talking about people they hate, like when they say stuff like "the treasonous male feminist insurrectionist felon Trump". They seem to not understand that when you deliver insults in an overly histrionic and elaborate way, it makes you look like the loser, rather than making the target of your insults look like the loser.
